Not a good choice because nuts might be having a lot of saturated fats which promotes cholesterol production leading to heart disease. So thought vegan nuts can me on a minimal say an once a day Dr Neal Barnard said might be good not too much. Heart disease is our number 1 killer so vegan low fat disease is the solution.
So dr Campbell say do not fear nuts they are needed so don't go heavy on them when having heart disease and you try to avpid them so to quickly lower cholesterol levels in your blood and heart.
